Ben Gillaspie, founder of Metal Dog Iron Works, has over 22 years in the automotive, welding, and fabrication industry. 15 years as a factory trained technician with Ford Motor Company and 5 years of high performance and custom car fabrication. This was not only a career but a passion.
With his combined experience as a technician and metal fabricator, he brings forth creativity and knowledge of mechanical components of how parts move and operate together.
Ben is dedicated to his brand, his business, and most of all keeping the customer happy and informed throughout the build. Ben is a firm believer that when he stamps his name on his work, he stands by the quality and craftsmanship of the design. His attention to detail is why Metal Dog has grown and expanded.
